A: Please contact us so that we can email you your username. You will need your username to recover you password.

A: You can recover your password from the login page. Just click on the "Forgot Password" link and complete the required fields. Your email will be email to your registered email address.

Q: What are update logs?
A: Update logs are records kept outlining any work we have done on your site. You can access your logs from your control panel.

Additional Services
Q: How do I update my Calendar?
A: Click here to log into Google Calendar
- Please enter your username and password
- Using the calendar, navigate to the desired date and click on the date (box) and time (box)
- Enter event/meeting details and finish by clicking on the 'Create Event' button
- This will automatically be updated on the calendar for everybody to see in the members area

A: - Click here to log in
- On the dashboard, click on 'new post'
- Type or copy-and-paste text from word into the box and edit text as required
- When finished, click 'Publish Post' or 'Save Now' to continue later

My Website
Q: I can't see my website when I go to the address.
A: If you go to your website address but can not see the website, there might be several reasons.
1. Your connection might be slow at that point which will cause the connection to time out.
2. The host where your website is uploaded to might have problems (maintenance etc.) in which case there is nothing that can be done until the problem is resolved.

You can try to refresh (F5) your page. If the problem persists, please try again later. If the problem is a prolonged one, please contact us.

A: Please log into your control panel, click on the "View Site" link.

A: You can use the contact form your control panel to request work to be done on your website.

Q: What is hosting?
A: Once your website is completed the site must be placed on a web "Server" (a computer which is permanently connected to the Internet). This means that your site can be accessed anywhere around the world at any time.

A: Yes

A: We reserve the right to add a small logo back to our site. This is purely for advertising service.

A: Yes, you will have to request the files to be send (at owners charge) to the required people.

A: It depends on the complexity and amount of pages. A standard 5 page html site will take about 2-3 days.

Q: Why did I get an email saying that my free service has expired?
A: Due to the large amount of work we get, at times, we can not afford to spend time designing websites that remain dormant for long time.

Any websites we offer to do for free, must provide all text, images and other related information for the website no longer than 4 weeks after accepting our offer. This is to ensure that our design work will not be a waste of time and take time from paying customers. We would do the design work while waiting for text, images etc. to arrive. Therefore, if the latter information never gets to us, we would have wasted our time designing a free website.

We have thus decided to give a 4 week 'grace' period for individuals or organizations to gather the information they want on their sites. If, with no prior arrangements, individuals or organizations failed to produce this, our offer for free work will expire and services will revert to paid services.
