6.Design Service
TiA web design, development and other related service as outlined in the services page  is a free serivce for all organisations or individuals who qualify.  Qualification is based on the following requirements;
6.1 The organisation and/or individual must be working on the African Continent.
6.2 The organisation and/or individual must work in or for the advance of theology in africa or any other socially related service/ministy in their/the local community.
6.3 Applicants may not use this service for the intention of making money or any other personal or professional gain from their website.

6.5 This service will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

6.6 PLEASE NOTE: All individuals who qualify for the free service must provide all text, images and other relevant material no longer than one month after acceptance of the free service.  Failure to do so, without prior arrangement, will forfeit on the free service and normal charges will apply .
